Independent Neuropsychiatric Expertise

Dr Chris Symeon provides independent medico-legal reports in neuropsychiatric cases, with particular expertise in Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) and the psychiatric sequelae of acquired brain injury.

Reports are prepared to the standards required under CPR Part 35 and the Civil Justice Council guidelines for expert witnesses.

Dr Symeon is experienced in single joint expert and party-appointed expert instruction, and is familiar with the expectations of both claimant and defendant solicitors.

He has undertaken additional training in report writing and cross examination with Bond Solon.
